Mini raw meat quality analyzer Miniber 

In cooperation with China Agricultural University, Wu Xi Spec-vision Technology Co., Ltd. took the lead in developing Miniber, a mini fresh meat quality analyzer with independent intellectual property rights. Compared with other meat quality analyzers, Miniber is compact, portable and easy to use. It can connect to a mobile phone APP via Bluetooth to quickly acquire fresh meat spectral data and upload it to the cloud for model inversion. A variety of meat quality parameter values can be displayed on the APP in a few seconds. As A home "dietitian" in your pocket, Miniber can be used to test the protein, moisture, fat, TVC (total number of colonies), pH, TVB-N (volatile base nitrogen), freshness, L*, A*, B* and other quality parameters of raw meat, and quickly inform users of the quality and freshness of raw meat.
