During the cleaning process, the sieve separates wheat grains from straw, chaff, and impurities by adjusting the opening angle of the sieve blades, significantly improving grain purity and reducing post-harvest cleaning workload. Each sieve blade is engineered for smooth, jitter-free adjustment, allowing operators to fine-tune separation performance for different crop conditions and moisture levels. Linear and geometric tolerances are executed at A/E grade precision, and the finished assembly receives overall galvanizing for superior corrosion resistance.
