Aluminium gravity die casting for Motor Housing

We provide high-pressure die casting (HPDC) manufacturing of complex housings, including motor housings, gearbox housings, structural components, etc. Using aluminum alloy materials such as ADC12 and A380, combined with five-axis CNC finishing, we achieve IT6 precision for bearing holes and a flatness of 0.05mm for key surfaces.
