Antiblock and Slip Masterbatch for Film and Sheet Processing Our Antiblock and Slip Masterbatch is a functional concentrate made by compounding antiblocking agents slip agents dispersants and anti stick additives into a polyolefin resin carrier. It is produced through modified compounding and pelletizing. This product is designed to solve common production problems in plastic film and sheet processing such as film sticking difficult peeling high coefficient of friction winding slippage and opening difficulty. The antiblocking agents create microscopic bumps on the film surface that prevent adjacent layers from sticking together. The slip agents migrate to the surface and reduce friction.
