It utilizes a flat turntable structure with three hydraulic hot stamping units arranged around a 1-meter diameter aluminum rotating platform. The rotating platform is equipped with eight workstations for mounting fixtures and securing the plastic discs. Each time a disc enters a hot stamping unit, it is stamped with a single color of hot foil.
