Compact Electrolyzers for Home Use

Compact electrolyzers for household alkaline water dispensers are key components of home water electrolyzers. They electrolyze tap water into alkaline ionized water (mineral-rich, for drinking) and acidic water (redox-active, for cleaning), using a design that combines titanium-based precious metal-coated electrodes and ion exchange membranes. This design ensures high electrolysis efficiency, strong corrosion resistance and safety, making them ideal for home environments. The manufacturing process includes: anodes (high-purity Gr1/Gr2 titanium with RuO₂/IrO₂ MMO coatings via thermal decomposition), cathodes (titanium/stainless steel with hydrogen evolution optimization), and internal high-performance ion exchange membranes.
