FRP vinyl ester gelcoat resin for mould MAXGUARD GT 7068 is a commonly used fiberglass vinyl ester gelcoat resin for moulds. The GT 7068 S/H is an orange-red color with an H type for hand brushing and an S type for spraying. The base resin of GT mold gelcoat is epoxy modified vinyl ester resin. Special matrix resin and unique formula design make the final mold surface high brightness, chemical resistance and flexibility. The MAXGUARD GT resin includes a unique vinyl technology that allows the vinyl mold gelcoat to use standard methyl ethyl ketone peroxide without bubbling, greatly reducing the risk of pinholes in the mold gelcoat. The thermal deformation temperature of up to 110°C can withstand high product heat release without damage.
