 How does commercial vacuum sealer work? Place the bagged products evenly and flatly on the sealing silicone strip and flatten it with the pressure strip. Close the upper chamber (vacuum chamber) of the vacuum packaging machine with the working table gently. At this time, touch the travel switch (to energize the vacuum pump), the vacuum pump starts to work. The working time of the vacuum pump (pumping time) can be adjusted according to the actual needs. After the vacuum pump is finished, the heating and sealing system starts to work (controlled by solenoid valve), similarly, according to the different thickness of the bag, the heating and sealing time and heating temperature (heating gear) can be adjusted accordingly. After the sealing is completed, the vacuum chamber is automatically deflated and broken, and the top cover of the vacuum chamber is automatically popped up due to the pulling spring force.
