Heavy-Duty Block Brushes for Road Sweepers

Block brush is the main cleaning component of road sweepers, mainly used for deep cleaning of urban arterial and secondary roads, bridges and other areas, and can efficiently remove road debris, dust and gravel. The brush filaments are mainly PP filaments and nylon filaments, and steel wires can be added in some working conditions to enhance wear resistance; the brush body is made of PP or PVC material, which is seamlessly combined with the metal shaft core through two-component injection molding technology, with stable structure and strong bearing capacity. The model for coastal areas can withstand 480 hours of salt spray test without corrosion. It is divided into three mainstream specifications: small, medium and large.
