The ​Hongyi SJSZ92 UV Marble Sheet Extrusion Line​ is a fully automated intelligent system for producing high-end marble-effect panels. Integrating conical twin-screw extrusion, 4-roll calendering, UV curing, and thermal transfer film lamination, it enables continuous production of ​1220mm-wide, 1-4mm-thick​ stone-plastic sheets at 400-900kg/h capacity.   The UV Curing Production Line is an essential component in the manufacturing process of Interior Decorative Sheets.
