High-Precision Gas Mixing System for Laser Cutting

The Boman BMO-MF300 is a nitrogen-oxygen mixer specially designed for laser cutting, compatible with power devices ranging from 6KW to 60KW. It can precisely mix oxygen and nitrogen in a ratio of 80% to 99.99% (with an error of only ±1.0%), and continuously and stably output the mixed gas.   It adopts independent professional PID program control and touch screen human-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to operate. The high-precision high-pressure proportional valve ensures accurate proportioning, with a rapid response of 5-25 seconds. It can be started simply by connecting three pipes. It is equipped with 4 mixed modes: the micro-oxygen mode is suitable for thin plates, medium and thick plates, aluminum alloy/high-strength steel, and the pure nitrogen mode meets the bright surface cutting requirements of stainless steel.
