Automatic block making machine is a highly automated mechanical equipment that can efficiently produce various block shaped products. The following is the working principle of the brick machine(cement brick machine): Utilize advanced mechanical transmission, hydraulic drive, or electrical control systems to work together. Firstly, the automatic feeding device precisely transports pre prepared raw materials (such as concrete materials for making bricks, scrap metals for making metal blocks, etc.) to the block making mold. Then, the raw materials inside the mold are forcefully pressed by hydraulic or mechanical pressure components according to the set pressure parameters, forming them into block shaped objects of the desired shape and specifications. Finally, the mold is automatically demolded and the formed blocks are pushed out of the mold, completing a block making cycle. The entire process can be repeated continuously.
