High Speed Slitting Adhesive Label Thick Core

Thick adhesive label cores for high-speed slitting adopt cross multi-layer spiral winding technology to greatly boost tube tensile strength. They match automatic high-speed slitting and rewinding machines running over one hundred meters per minute, without tube deformation, bursting or delamination under long continuous high tension. Inner and outer tube walls receive mirror polishing to remove burrs, preventing scratches on facestock and adhesive backing during slitting of PET, coated paper, synthetic paper and security film rolls.
