The core conical grinding head and stator are made of high-hardness alloy material, strengthened by vacuum heat treatment to a hardness of HRC60 or higher, offering twice the wear resistance of ordinary materials and meeting the long-term grinding requirements of high-hardness powders. The granulation chamber's stirring paddle uses a food-grade PTFE coating, effectively preventing material adhesion and cross-contamination. The control system features a 10-inch intelligent touchscreen with a built-in library of over 20 industry-specific process parameters, supporting the coordinated control of conical mill speed, grinding gap, granulation temperature, and binder flow rate. It also features fault alarms and parameter traceability functions.
