LXSWC‑A series belongs to large‑size Cardan Shaft, an upgraded heavy‑duty Coupling developed based on SWC type standard. Its rotating diameter ranges from 100 mm to 1320 mm, with shaft deflection angles of 5°, 10°, 15°, 25°, and nominal torque from 2.5 KN·m up to 16000 KN·m. Optimized bearing structure and improved manufacturing precision raise its load‑bearing capacity by more than 25 % compared with conventional same‑size products. Two major connection configurations are available: flange connection and end face gear connection. For flange connection, high‑strength grade 10.9 bolts and grade 10 nuts are adopted. Bolts shall be inserted from the mating‑part flange side while nuts are pre‑tightened from the opposite side, and pre‑tightening torque must follow official drawings and tables.
