Precision Filling for Ultralight PowdersLCS50FD Ultralight Powder Packer is a specialized valve bag filling machine designed for extremely low‑density materials such as fumed silica, aerogels, carbon black, and other powders with bulk density below 300 kg/m³. The system uses a fluidized filling head and gentle air conveyance to prevent aeration, dusting, and bridging. It handles valve bags from 5 kg to 25 kg at speeds up to 300 bags per hour with a weighing accuracy of ±0.2%. Integration with Packing LinesThis packer operates as a dedicated Ultralight Powder Packing Machine. It can be fed from a Powder Packing Machine via a fluidized hopper. For standard valve bag applications, the same frame can be adapted to a conventional Valve Bag Packing Machine by swapping the filling head. When bulk bags are required, a Bulk Bag Packing Machine can be placed downstream.
