Linear Direct Drive Flow Servo Proportional Valve

The FF-636M series electro-hydraulic servo valve is a linear direct drive flow servo proportional valve. This type of servo valve is directly driven by a proportional solenoid, without a pilot stage or internal throttling small hole structure. Therefore, it has low leakage, low hydraulic power consumption, strong anti pollution ability, and minimal impact on valve dynamics due to low system oil supply pressure drop. The LVDT valve core position sensor is used internally for position closed-loop control, resulting in small hysteresis, high resolution, and good repeatability accuracy.
