It is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with excellent self emulsifying ability and an HLB value of approximately 8. It can easily emulsify a variety of oils without heating or adding additional auxiliary emulsifiers. It is highly adaptable to oil-based product systems such as makeup remover, lipstick and oil gel.
