If you don`t like high pressure shower heads proceed with caution because you are going to hate this one. If on the other hand you prefer your shower to be more like Niagra Falls then this is your shower head. Easy to install, don`t skip the Teflon tape step though.  The tape is included in the box and you should give a few wraps around your existing shower stem before threading the new one on. Mine was a little leaky at first so I took it off and spun a few more rounds of Teflon and haven`t had any problems since.  Was a little worried when I realized the whole thing was made of plastic (except the hose is metal) but this is the best shower head I`ve ever had... and the least expensive one too, a great combo.
