Silane-Modified Polyether Sealant for Aluminum

In the field of building energy conservation, Polyisobutylene Hot Melt Sealant, as the preferred choice for insulated glass, uses polyisobutylene as the base material and is evenly applied to the surface of the Aluminum Spacer Bar by a 180°C hot-melt process, forming a dense layer 0.2mm thick. Thanks to its extremely low water vapor permeability, it can effectively block the penetration of condensation water, ensuring the thermal insulation performance of the insulated glass.   Two-component insulated glass polysulfide sealant, as the second reinforcing barrier, is mixed with the main agent and curing agent in a 10:1 ratio and then filled into the joints between the aluminum spacer bar and glass using a mechanical injection process.   Neutral silicone sealant serves as the third protective layer, filling tiny gaps with neutral curing technology.
