Single-Side Crinkled Peak-Shaped Channel Fabric

This channel fabric features a width of 150cm±2 and a weight of 170g/㎡±5. It adopts an innovative fiber composition (65% Conventional PET + 31% Light-Absorbing & Heat-Generating PET + 4% SP) to reshape the whole energy management system.   Woven with coordinated warp and weft structures: The 30D/48F semi-dull DTY warp delivers a smooth, lustrous fabric surface; the weft adopts a dual-system interweaving design. Weft A combines 30D/144F polyester with 25D spandex to build a flexible elastic framework, while Weft B adopts 50D/36F light-absorbing heat-generating DTY to embed core functional ingredients. Permanent three-dimensional single-sided crinkles are formed through special crease weave construction.   Light-thermal PET fibers work synergistically with spandex to activate the efficient energy conversion system.
