Unpeeled Cooked Ginger Powder

     Chunyuanyuanzhiyu Unpeeled Cooked Ginger Powder is selected from ecological small yellow ginger in the high mountains of Luoping, Yunnan. We adopt plump and mature whole ginger with skin completely retained without peeling. The ginger is manually cleaned thoroughly to remove sediment and impurities, sliced, slowly stir-fried at low temperature, dried and cured at constant temperature, then finely ground physically.        It is free of sulfur fumigation, artificial flavors, pigments, starch and any mixed powder, with no artificial additives. The traditional low-temperature curing process neutralizes the dry spiciness of raw ginger with a mild and gentle nature.
