    High Temperature High Borosilicate Glass Ink   I. Product Overview   This water-based high-borosilicate glass-specific high-temperature screen printing ink is an environmentally friendly high-temperature sintering ink formulated with deionized water as the main dispersion medium, low-expansion matched borosilicate glass powder, inorganic high-temperature resistant pigments, and a water-based silane binder system. It is specifically developed for high-borosilicate special glass substrates.   High borosilicate glass has a thermal expansion coefficient of only 3.3 × 10⁻⁶/K, exhibiting excellent high-temperature resistance, resistance to thermal shock, and extremely strong chemical stability. Ordinary solvent-based glass inks are prone to cracking, peeling, and edge bursting due to thermal expansion mismatch.
