Hot Flying Saw     The Hot Flying Saw is the "Dynamic Cutting Master" of continuous casting and rolling lines, specifically designed for cutting red-hot billets (up to 1100°C) to fixed lengths. Unlike traditional cold cutting, it uses a high-speed alloy blade combined with a servo/hydraulic tracking system, allowing the saw to mount directly on the moving billet—achieving "unity of cutting and movement" and eliminating temperature loss and production interruptions caused by stopping.     The core equipment consists of the saw assembly, hydraulic clamping mechanism, traveling carriage, and intelligent control cabinet. Its highlight is the ultra-high-speed synchronous tracking capability; even when billets move at several meters per second, the blade maintains perfect synchronization, resulting in vertical, smooth, and burr-free end faces. It is a must-have tool for improving yield and production efficiency.
