X1 HOMOGENEOUS & EMULSIFICATION PUMP

The pump chamber of the X1 homogeneous emulsification pump is equipped with a set of double-layer stators and double-layer rotors. The raw materials of the rotor stator and pump chamber are improved in toughness, wear resistance, and service life through multiple processes such as forging. The rotor transmission shaft is made of high-strength composite materials, and the contact part with the material is made of 316 stainless steel. The sealing form is a water-cooled double end mechanical seal. The pump shaft is supported by a bearing box, which effectively controls shaft vibration and is connected to the motor through a coupling.
