430 Stainless Steel Square Pipe – Comprehensive Product Introduction     Product Identity   430 Stainless Steel Square Pipe is a nickel-free ferritic hollow section (16–18 % Cr, ≤0.12 % C) that delivers bright aesthetics, good corrosion resistance in mild atmospheres and excellent thermal conductivity at a cost well below 304. Produced to ASTM A554, EN 10219-2 and JIS G3466, sections are cold-formed from HFW or TIG-welded coil, then bead-rolled to true 90° corners. Standard range: 10 × 10 mm – 300 × 300 mm, wall 0.5 – 8 mm, mill lengths 1 – 12 m; custom sizes, tight-tolerance cut-lengths and corner radii are available on request .   Key Performance Data   - Mechanical (annealed): yield 275 MPa, tensile 450–600 MPa, elongation 25 %, hardness ≤ 90 HRB.   - Magnetic in all conditions; thermal expansion 10.4 µm/m·°C (≈ ½ of 304), reducing distortion in cyclic heat.   - Thermal conductivity 24 W/m·K—50 % higher than austenitic grades—ideal for heat-exchanger frames or oven supports.   - PR…
