B Homogeneous & Emulsification Pump

The B homogeneous emulsification pump consists of 3-5 layers of rotors and stators. The tooth clearance between each layer of rotor and stator ranges from coarse to fine, and the material enters the pump chamber for layer by layer crushing, dispersion, refinement, homogenization, and emulsification. It is a high-performance ultra-fine homogenization pump that integrates crushing, dispersion, separation, mixing, refinement, homogenization, emulsification, and transportation. Compared with the HEX series homogenization emulsification pump, the B homogenization emulsification pump has better grinding effect on granular materials. Multi layer rotor stator groups are strengthened by Forging and finished by precision Machining. Pump housing can adopt Steel Investment Casting, Ductile Iron Sand Casting, or Aluminum Casting.
