Product Introduction In response to the application needs of stators and rotors of new energy vehicles, we have developed and launched insulation powder coatings designed for core components of motors, which can ensure long-term insulation protection of stator windings and rotor magnets in high temperature, high humidity and strong electromagnetic environments. Our products have undergone rigorous performance tests such as electrical insulation, electrolyte resistance, chemical resistance, high and low temperature impact, etc. The coating has excellent chemical resistance, no discoloration or shedding, and can still maintain integrity. At the same time, the coating has excellent corrosion resistance, electrolyte resistance and high pressure resistance, meeting the UL94-V0 flame retardant standard.
