Imitation oxidation powder coating for automotive interiors

Product Introduction Aiming at the application characteristics and needs of automotive interiors, we have developed and launched the imitation oxidation powder coating, which provides a coating solution with metallic texture and long-term protection for automotive interiors. This product uses an electrostatic spraying process to make the coating fit tightly with the aluminum alloy and galvanized steel plate substrate. After strict salt spray resistance testing, the coating has no peeling, strong adhesion and weather resistance, and can effectively prevent corrosion from daily friction, sweat and detergents. We use a scientific formula to form a continuous metallic gloss film layer on the surface of the coating, achieving a texture effect consistent with anodized aluminum.
