Titanium-based sodium hypochlorite anodes are specialized for producing sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) by electrolyzing brine (NaCl solution); they are mixed metal oxide (MMO)-coated titanium electrodes with high-purity titanium as the substrate and a surface layer of catalytic ruthenium-iridium oxide. These anodes deliver top-tier chlorine evolution performance, strong corrosion resistance and a lengthy service life, making them core parts of sodium hypochlorite generators. When powered in 3–5% low-concentration brine, chlorine is efficiently produced on the anode, which dissolves in water to form NaClO. The Ru-Ir coating reduces energy consumption by lowering chlorine evolution potential and preventing side reactions. They come in plate, spiral and other forms, with Gr1/Gr2 titanium substrate, work at 5–60°C, have a current density range of 200–2000 A/m² and comply with ISO9001. The manufacturer offers OEM/ODM, global export and one-stop services for water treatment, hospital sewage dis…
