  Panel Wall High Temperature Glass Ink   I. Product Introduction   This product is a water-based, tempered, sintered screen printing ink specifically designed for curtain wall glass. It is formulated with low-melting-point inorganic glass frit, high-temperature weather-resistant metal oxide pigments, water-based silicone carrier, and environmentally friendly dispersing and wetting agents. Deionized water is used as the sole diluent, and it contains no highly volatile organic solvents. It is specifically designed for screen printing on tempered glass for architectural curtain walls, insulated colored glaze glass, skylights, and interior partition decorative glass. After printing, it can be simultaneously sintered in a tempering furnace at 680–720℃ along with the original glass sheet, fusing the ink layer into the glass substrate.
