Welded wear-resistant ceramic liner

Welded ceramic liner is composed of alumina ceramic sheet and steel plate at high temperature. The ceramic sheet is pre-sintered and fixed on the steel plate base, and the base is reserved with welding lugs/welding bottom plate, which is directly welded to the metal matrix of the equipment without relying on glue. The adhesive can be used stably at 300-800℃ and higher temperature, and can bear continuous vibration and alternating impact at the same time, thus solving the pain point that the adhesive ceramic sheet is easy to fall off in high temperature and strong vibration environment. The ceramic sheet is made of toughened 92/95 alumina, which has high hardness, particle erosion resistance and corner passivation treatment, reducing the probability of porcelain collapse. The liner is a modular prefabricated structure, which is pre-compounded in the factory.
