Product Introduction   304 Stainless Steel Round Pipe/Tube is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy (18 % Cr, 8 % Ni) produced in seamless, ERW or EFW forms to ASTM A312, A269, A213, EN 10216-5 and JIS G3459. Outside diameters range 6 mm–2 500 mm (1/4”–100”) and wall thickness 0.3 mm–150 mm (SCH 5–XXS) in mill lengths 1–12 m; bright-annealed (BA), polished 180–600 grit, mirror 8K or electropolished (EP <10 µin. Ra) finishes are available to meet sanitary or ultra-high-purity requirements.   Product Features Excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, fresh-water and mild-chloride environments; PREN ≈ 18. Superior formability & weldability—minimum 40 % elongation, accepts orbital TIG, laser and autogenous welding without post-anneal. High cleanability: EP/BA inner surface ≤ 10 µin.
