Product Description 310/310S stainless-steel coil/strip is a high-chromium (24–26 %) and high-nickel (19–22 %) austenitic heat-resistant alloy engineered for continuous service above 1 000 °C. 310S (UNS S31008) is the low-carbon (≤0.08 %) variant that minimises carbide precipitation during welding or thermal cycling, while 310H (S31009) carries 0.04–0.10 % C for enhanced creep strength. Material is supplied in cold-rolled strip down to 0.1 mm × 4 mm with ±0.02 mm tolerance and hot-rolled coil up to 12 mm thick, meeting ASTM A240, EN 1.4845 and JIS SUS 310S specifications . Product Advantages Extreme-temperature oxidation resistance: withstands 1 050 °C continuously and 1 100 °C peak in air; scaling rate < 0.1 mg/cm² after 1 000 h at 1 000 °C . Superior sulfidation & carburisation tolerance: high Cr + medium Ni chemistry resists sulfur-bearing flue gases up to 1 000 °C and moderately carburising atmospheres . Creep & structural stability: 310H variant delivers 50 MPa…
