Product Introduction 310/310S stainless-steel round pipe is a heat-resisting austenitic alloy designed for continuous exposure above 550 °C. Grade 310 (UNS S31000) gives maximum creep strength, while grade 310S (UNS S31008) limits carbon to ≤0.08 % to prevent carbide precipitation during welding. The 24–26 % Cr, 19–22 % Ni chemistry forms a tightly-adherent oxide scale that withstands 1 150 °C in air and 1 000 °C in moderately sulfidizing flue gas   . Seamless and welded pipes are supplied to ASTM A312/SA312, EN 10216-5 and JIS G3459, with O.D. 6–1 200 mm, wall 0.5–30 mm and mill lengths 1–12 m. Surfaces include pickled, 180-600 grit polish, bright-annealed (BA) or electropolished (EP) for internal cleanliness.   Product Features Oxidation & sulfidation resistance up to 1 150 °C (310) or 1 200 °C (310S) under cyclic conditions; scaling rate < 0.05 mm/year at 1 000 °C. Creep rupture strength 110 MPa at 650 °C—3× that of 304—allowing thinner schedules and lighter hangers  Low-ca…
